The 25th Annual Teddy Bear Tea

Close to three decades ago, Bob and Gayle Pacheco, founding members of WVEF, bumped into a WVUSD teacher at the old Kmart in Diamond Bar. She mentioned she was buying school supplies for her classroom. After going to another store, they saw the same teacher again, buying more school supplies. This encounter sparked the idea to raise funds to provide grants to teachers, so they wouldn't have to pay out of pocket for classroom necessities. This led to the creation of the WVEF Teddy Bear Tea and the Teacher's Mini-Grants. Last year's Teddy Bear Tea provided funding for over 85 grants, making a significant impact in our local classrooms. Please join us for the 26th anniversary of the Teddy Bear Tea on Saturday, December 13th, at the Diamond Bar Center!
We are excited to have
Parties by Panache back for a seated lunch!
